사람인은 새로운 회사가 낯설 신규 입사자의 소프트 랜딩을 위해 웰컴키트와 멘토링, OJT와 같이 온보딩 과정을 제공합니다. 신규 입사자는 웰컴키트를 통해 사람인 구성원이 일하는 방법, 회사의 가치와 문화를 느낄 수 있습니다. 이를 통해 사람인은 그들이 구성원으로서 소속감을 느끼도록 하고 회사에 잘 정착할 수 있도록 돕고 있습니다.
Saramin provides on-boarding courses such as welcome kits, mentoring, and OJT for soft landing of new member who are unfamiliar with the new company. New member can feel the way saramin members work, the value and culture of the company through the welcome kit. Through this, We are helping them feel a sense of belonging as members and settle down well in the company.
